Do I need all 15 pages?
No. We build the pages your business needs, up to a maximum of 15 standard informational pages. We agree the page list before activation. The allowance applies to the initial build; unused pages are not credits for future additions. Larger sites, bulk article migrations, and advanced functionality are quoted separately.
What does the free preview include?
A navigable website concept showing your proposed pages and design. Demonstration features are identified. Final revisions, domain connection, and publishing follow paid activation.
When will I receive it?
Within one business day after we receive your complete brief and confirm the project fits our service. We agree the separate launch timetable if you proceed.
What happens after the preview?
You decide whether to activate. We confirm your setup price, monthly fee, included updates, and support limits before you commit. Additional pages or features are quoted separately.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, audience, and contact information. Send existing website or social links if you have them. We’ll guide you on your logo, photographs, and other content.
Can you add bookings or online payments?
Tell us what you need. We assess these requirements before accepting the project and confirm the scope and cost. Complex systems may require a separate quote.
What counts as a small monthly update?
A limited change to existing content, such as replacing a photograph, changing opening hours, or updating a short passage of text. The US$29 plan includes up to two per month. New pages, redesigns, and new functionality are quoted separately.
Who owns my domain and content?
Your domain should be registered in your name, and your supplied materials remain yours. Before activation, we confirm which website files can be handed over and any third-party licensing restrictions.
Can I edit the website myself?
This is a managed service: send us your updates and we handle them. A self-editing dashboard or access to our production account is not included. Tell us before activation if you need your own editing access.
What if I cancel or move to another host?
Before activation, we confirm cancellation, billing, and handover arrangements in writing. Available file exports and platform limitations are explained upfront. Migration or rebuilding platform-dependent features is separately quoted.
What if the hosting platform becomes unavailable?
Hosting depends on third-party providers. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or a one-click transfer. Independent backup and migration procedures are being established, and your project’s actual arrangements must be confirmed before activation.
