Website Service Policy
Updated 17 September 2026This page explains our standard service. Before you pay, we confirm your project scope and service arrangements in writing, including items below that still need agreement.
Your free first look
Your free, navigable website concept is provided within one business day after we accept your complete brief as a fit for the service. Demonstration-only features are identified. A preview is not a live, fully commissioned website. Requesting one does not start a subscription or oblige you to buy. Launch timing is agreed separately.
Activation and monthly care
The standard offer is US$149 activation for up to 15 agreed standard pages, plus your chosen monthly care plan. Activation includes mobile and desktop layouts, supplied brand materials, AI-assisted copy, foundational Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), domain connection, two revision rounds, launch testing, and publishing. The page list and contact features are confirmed before payment. We build only the pages your business needs, with no requirement to use all 15. The limit covers the initial build, not credits for pages added later. Larger sites and bulk article migrations are assessed separately.
All plans include hosting, essential technical care, and technical fault reporting. Light: US$9 monthly, with content changes separately quoted. Standard: US$19 monthly, with a monthly email and update form, one batch of up to three small changes, and light polishing of supplied text. Premium: US$47 monthly, with a monthly email and update form, up to four small update requests submitted throughout the month, AI-assisted rewriting of supplied information within that allowance, and priority over routine Standard content updates.
A small change means an update to existing content, such as replacing a photograph, changing opening hours, or editing a short passage. Each Premium request covers one such change. Allowances do not roll over, and updates need complete information from you. New pages, redesigns, and new functionality are separately quoted. Response times and the billing start date are confirmed in writing before activation. Choose a plan only after your free preview if you decide to launch; no plan selection or payment is required to request the preview.
Search and AI discovery
Every activation includes foundational SEO, AEO, and GEO, regardless of the monthly care plan. The scope covers clear page titles and descriptions, logical headings, descriptive internal links, useful answers to customer questions, consistent business details, and relevant structured data where appropriate. The aim is to make your business and services understandable to search engines and AI tools.
Search indexing, rankings, AI citations or recommendations, traffic, and enquiries are not guaranteed. Ongoing content strategy, visibility monitoring, and optimization campaigns are separately scoped and quoted; they are not included in routine monthly care.
What costs extra
Domain registration and renewal, paid imagery or fonts, and paid third-party tools are separate unless expressly included in your written scope. New pages, redesigns, stores, bookings, payments, donations, memberships, and other advanced features are assessed and quoted separately. We agree extra work and charges with you before proceeding.
Ownership and editing access
Your domain should be registered in your name with access you control. CCA can assist with connection. Your supplied logo, photographs, text, and other materials remain yours. Please supply materials you have permission to use.
Before activation, we identify the completed site files available for handover after agreed project charges are settled, together with any license restrictions. Third-party code, fonts, imagery, and services retain their own terms. Exclusive rights to AI-generated material are not promised.
This is a managed service, not access to CCA’s ChatGPT or production account. A client editing dashboard is not included. Self-editing access requires a separately agreed, platform-appropriate setup.
Approval and revisions
AI supports faster, lower-cost production. A person prompts, directs, and reviews the work around your brief; website creation is not an unattended automated process. You review and approve your business facts, wording, imagery, contact details, and final pages before launch. Two launch revision rounds cover feedback within the agreed scope. Additional pages or a new design direction may need a separate quote. Search rankings, sales, and enquiry volumes are not guaranteed.
Cancellation and moving elsewhere
Contact us if you want to cancel or move. Before activation, your written service agreement must specify the notice period, billing end date, refund arrangements, failed-payment process, and data-retention or deletion timetable. These details are not fixed by this page; review them before paying.
We also confirm available source files, assets, and data exports before activation. A handover does not transfer CCA’s platform account, third-party subscriptions, or rights to restricted assets. Moving to another host may require configuration or rebuilding platform-dependent features. Migration assistance and rebuild work are separately scoped and quoted.
Hosting, backups, and continuity
Hosting relies on third-party services that can change or become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed recovery times, or a one-click transfer to another platform.
Independent backup and migration procedures are being established. Before activation, we must confirm the actual backup arrangements, export limitations, and recovery approach for your project. This page does not confirm that automated backups or a tested migration are already in place.
Your brief and information
The brief form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser for you to review and send. CCA receives your request only after you send it. We use the information you share to assess the project, create the preview, communicate with you, and provide the agreed service.
Relevant project content may be processed using AI and hosting tools. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal records in your brief. WhatsApp and other providers apply their own privacy terms. Contact us with questions about information use or requests for correction or deletion. Retention arrangements must be clarified before activation.
